RE: #covid #liability waivers: I was reading something very recently about the enforceability of a liability waiver that you are forced to sign to get something you need like medical care. The article is claiming that it’s pretty easy to enforce liability waivers for optional activities like roller coasters or skydiving, but not so much for things like medical care.
