Scamp, Paddy and I were joined on today's walk by Jessie, the local farmer's dog. He tells me that when he is driving up the track, if she sees my car, she goes mad wanting to get out to come find us. 😍​

It's a long weekend here in Ireland, thanks to a new public holiday celebrating St. Brigid. It's also known as , which is an old Gaelic festival that celebrates the start of spring.

Out for a late afternoon walk with the two boys, as the sun is setting. There has been some felling going on in the forestry and the trucks going in and out have made the track very muddy, so I end up with a pair of . It feels like I'm washing half the hill off them, when we get home.

Indeed. I always love catching up with you @justcallmepips and it was also great to meet up with the littlest and the menagerie.

The pizza was very tasty too. So good, in fact, that I had to get out and walk it off with the two boys when I got home. We were joined for a while today by Jessie, the farmer's dog.

I was hearing about warnings of around, but it was nice and clear at my house. So I went out for a lunchtime walk with the two boys and when we reached the top of the track along the side of a hill, we saw a white carpet spreading out for many kilometres on the flat lands beside the hills.
