If that thing is what caused the confusion in the first place. A single #PrivacyPolicy should be all that is needed, explaining exactly what happens with clearly defined terms constructed in a way that even the #AverageJoe can understand it.

There should also be a basic rundown as well, often #PrivacyPolicies, #LicenceAgreements are too long and people skip reading them. A simple #Outline of the Policy/Agreement would display the general idea of the policy without boring people.
