This morning I was thinking “I really should wear this shirt more often, not just once per year!”…

But then, it´s of course not about the shirt, about the attire – it´s about action, complemented by attitudes & mindset.

Every single day, at work or not.

Looking into the current situation, my team is at 46% female share; being a tech company, I am proud to be quite close to parity (also from pay perspective)!

The more we represent the society, the more everyone can become their best version at work, the more rewarding our job can be, and the better we´ll run our business, and fulfill SAP´s purpose: Help the world run better and improve people's lives. All the world, any people.
