I have been donating blood for a long time. This year I hope to get my count to 50. My veins are not great and i sometimes come away with 2 bandages. A very small inconvenience. The staff are always lovely and appreciative. Please if you are fit and able drop into your local donor mobile and save a life. The discomfort is brief, the reward great. #donateblood #lifebloodau
