@simon I learnt a fair while ago now, on the birdsite especially, to take a deep breath and maybe step away from the keyboard for a while before replying into these sort of scenarios. In most cases this helped me see there was no benefit (only possibly the opposite) to doing so. Kneejerk reactions just fuel the flames and possibly risk even turn it on to me, which I do not need for the sake of stating a point of view. #LifesToShort

Its not always easy as i can be an asshole, however i find that if you invest a little time to listen and smile instead of frown people start to love you instead of questioning everything you do. Suspicions?
Be happy with yourself first if you cannot find someone to talk to.
Be honest with yourself because time is short there may not be a tomorrow.
If you struggle with what other people think then you will never be what you want to be, who you really are.
