This morning, it's a little thing that has me excited as we careen into August.

I like to burn incense, but I can get a little carried away when buying incense sticks so, at the start of Spring, I told myself that I could only buy new sticks if I burned through the old ones.

Thus, I began a concerted effort to burn through my too-large collection of incense so that I could buy new scents come Fall.

I'm on pace to finish up by early September.

It took me so much effort to crosspost my announcement to most social media places (there are so many of them now!), I ran out of Available Effort before getting to Instagram. These days have been fuckin crazy with family and work; it’s been a struggle to motivate myself to use free time on my projects.

I’ve kept up on my exercise routine and been playing God of War for an hour or so some evenings. Marvel Snap has been good fun to ignore world for a few mins at a time. #LifeUpdate

#LifeUpdate The plumbing situation has almost entirely resolved, but I feel so wrung out. Slowly catching up, but please be patient. (My Patreon event is going to be cool & I have the materials ready to go! So you don't need to be very patient about that one specific thing. 😅 )

On Shabbat the plan is to lie in a heap and read random stuff. IY"H 🧿 I even read the books due back to the library, stuff for work, etc. so I can just read whatever.

As the plumbing disaster is nearing the end (G-d please!!) I hope to be belatedly launching my Patreon summer event. Tomorrow?

It's going to be Pride-themed, but that's only half of it.
