This plant is a wild lettuce of some sort, I believe, and the aphids have been ALL over it. I haven’t pulled it since I’d rather them eat this than my plants. The little lightning bugs have been cruising around the plant eating at the aphid buffet.

Here is another Milky Way photo that I took in 2016. I took a test photo earlier on this evening and noticed a firefly streaking across the foreground, and then spent the next several hours looking for an interesting landscape to capture. I ended up coming across this grassy area with trees and hundreds of fireflies.
The foreground is a few 20 second exposures stacked.
