We got these light switch remote holders off of etsy but they are too small for our remotes. I made a replacement that will work with remotes <= 45mm wide. The original supports up to 36mm.

At work we have some simple #webapps I'm charged with maintaining. BUT, they were programmed in #LightSwitch 😱 . I've never used LS and it's just gross.

I'll make new ones - I'm a wiz at C#, right? Well... my web experience is TINY. I can read #Blazor code FINE and I THINK I can do it, but then I get stuck trying to wrap my head around authenticating users auto-grabbing their windows login & AD security groups and I get nervous. Note: I'm the ONLY #data guy with #dotNet xp so I'm alone.

I finally bought the 8GB #RPi4 because I was sick of OOMkiller being lazy and not terminating Firefox when a tab had a memory leak.

My current Pi situation is:
· #RPi3 running my #PiHole and #samba server with my music files and fonts
· Spare Pi4 (4GB): this is the one I'm looking for a use for
· Pi4 (8GB) for desktop use
· Superannuated MacBook Pro stuck on El Cap (for when I need a Mac app and has my family photo archive)

The other complication is that the best outlet for continually-on electronics is on the opposite end of my room from the outlet by my desk which is connected to the room's #lightswitch. Do they make USB and HDMI cables long enough for me to stack all 3 Pi in the back of my room and run a USB cable to a hub at my desk?
