Can anyone explain why my iOS Mastodon app is partially in #finnish ? (I think)

Under the “about” tab for an account, it shows date joined as #liitytty .

I have the Mastodon iOS app, English version. When I view an About page in there the joined date is labelled with the Finnish word "Liitytty". Not a problem, and rather charming, but I wondered: is this intentional?
