New rules for DHS facilities(shelters) to kick out anyone who might uncover something newsworthy like abuse by recording it on a cellphone. No accountability.

#NYCDHS has a new Policy Bulletin that prohibits photos and recording in DHS facilities and shelters, to "protect clients privacy". Now we'll never know what the conditions are #LikeItIs. Very convenient.
