I concur. There's no basis for a #lilywhite complaint with #Andor. The star of the show is a Mexican actor who speaks with his natural accent.

There's another person here who feels that the show falls into the 80/90s sci-fi/horror movie trope of killing off Black characters too easily (Andor's stepdad Clem, Lt. Gorn, rebel Tamaryn) and there's some merit to that, but overall, representation has been a strong point for this show.

@shel @sinabhfuil I'm quite pleased with the representation and think they got it right. It's a series with a lot of thought put into it at every level and that shows.

The last episode of #Andor is definitely triggering a lot of feelings when seen through an Irish lens but to say it's #LilyWhite is a disservice to the creators, and the actors and puts a lot of presumption about ethnicity and assumed privilege onto them.

So disappointed that #Andor is so #LilyWhite. Where are the other races?
