Opiates diminish sensitivity to pain inside and outside. That's how #Limbaugh was able to become such a #rageaholic. He killed off all the empathy in his goddamned brain.

I wonder what the moderate #Republicans who kept voting for #McCarthy for #Speaker now think, being he gave key committee seats to batshit crazy extremists who are only going to drive more voters away from the #Republican party. Or maybe there are no moderate Republicans left inside the party. The party has been getting leaner and meaner since #Limbaugh hit the airwaves.
