A friend has been trying to learn #Pennsylvania #Dutch, which he grew up hearing from the older generation, and throwing #vocabulary and jokes my way to see how it compares. So he sent me the following short explanation on "Der Landregge" in #PA Dutch. Even though, it's taken its own route, I, knowing #Limburgish and various #Ripuarian #dialect/s (Kölsch, Öscher plat, etc) can understand every word of this.
