More realistically: It seems very easy to request new bike parking stands in the City of Sydney: https://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/transport-parking/request-new-bike-parking-space-or-find-existing

I've yet to request a new bike parking spot so I'm not sure how long it takes - interested to hear if anyone else has experience.

Not a fan of #LimeBikes as they often clutter the pavement, however tonight this #ebike saved my bacon and got me to King's Cross station after the overground was suspended and all other options would have meant missing my train
