I helped Mum clean out the expired medicines, to take back to the pharmacy, so that was useful. After tea, my brother and SIL came over, so we had a catch up, and more family history. Turns out my brother is a #TroveAu devotee too, I had no idea! He even had some #OralHistory from local friends at #WoolBay about the #LimeKilns.
And so to bed.

(Founded in 1870!) Who knew #Lime was such fascinating stuff? Not just in agriculture and gardening, but necessary for building, too.

3 pubs in the 2 villages ,not been in The Inn for a few years,so canny say anything aboot it ,bit The Ship and The Bruce Arms are well worth a visit ,both do really good food,the ship doesnt look inviting today but on a Summers day ,sitting outside is weel braw ,The Bruce has a good selection of beers and the food 👍
