It occurs to me that the #Blurblog feature of #NewsBlur could be federated. Ideally, one would follow @username@newsblur.com, and stay abreast of what that user is sharing.

I'm not quite sure how I feel about the sharing of a #linkblog on #Mastodon, however. Would such activity contribute to too much noise? I know Dave Winer wants to do it, if he hasn't already.
