Some nice #yellow #chemistry. Fortunately it's just old boiled #linseed #oil, not metal picrates or something 🤪

For some reason this "natural" oil caused the bottle it was stored in to crumple and become very hard to open due to the oil hardening in the thread of the bottleneck.

All is now in a new bottle 🙂

#Hummus made with #linseed oil (aka. #flaxseed oil / #Leinöl) is very healthy and actually very delicious. (Unfortunately, it is much more expensive than e.g. olive oil, which is also great for hummus, but not great with potatoes)
