Nice #Librem5 update today brings Camera-Update. All the different functions (Gain, Balance, Exposure, Focus) can now be set to auto. While not always working perfect, this enhances my fotos as my use case in 99 % is not to set all parameters perfectly but to just take quick a foto. Also there is video-recording now. I am excited. I am about two weeks daily driving my Librem5 now and I feel that I will not switch back to Android. #purism #linuxphones

@chbmeyer ich glaube, die Quelle ist evtl. nicht mehr in allen Punkten aktuell. Jedenfalls hatte ich letztens hier mal geschrieben, dass ich #Signal nicht nutze, u.a. *weil* es kein Multi-Device könne. Da kam als Antwort, dass Signal doch inzwischen Multi-Device-fähig sei.
Ob Signal überhaupt so oder so unter #UbuntuTouch läuft, kann ich aber nicht sagen. Oder ob es eine andere Distro für das #Pinephone gibt, auf der es (besser) läuft?

Le truc amusant du jour : j'utilise un clavier orthogonal configuré en agencement bépo depuis une dizaine d'année maintenant et je suis perdu pour utiliser l'agencement bépo sur le clavier visuel de ma mobian sur mon ordipoche.

Tout ceci s'est produit car j'ai branché mon librem5 sur un dock USB-C où était branché mon clavier et un écran, j'ai donc configuré la disposition clavier… et 😶

Finally removed a huge thorn in my side (Google) by throwing away my old phone.

Instead I bought an old used Sony Xperia Z3 and installed #lineageos on it. Works mostly like a charm, but some apps (BankID and Vipps, I'm looking at you bastards..) just doesn't work.

I also do have a couple of #linuxphones, but they are not ready as daily drivers for me at least yet.
