Hey @ActionRetro, are you up for some old Linux shenanigans? I just uploaded the full set of discs for #SuSE #Linux 6.4 for #PowerPC to the Internet Archive. And guess what: the TAM is supported!

This is a distro from May 2000, so it would be a good way to show what the "user experience" on Linux was back then.

I bought it at the time to run on my iMac G3, but I was more used to Red Hat-based distros and soon switched to #LinuxPPC and #YellowDogLinux.

Long ago, I was involved with #LinuxPPC, the first native #Linux distribution for the PowerPC processor. I had a dream and a vision of fusing #UNIX and the #Mac, which was limping into the age of the Internet with the pre-#BSD derivative Mac OS. (System 7.x was often a shambling wreck, but that's for another time.)
