Ah man, what a pleasure it was to listen to this. It's a very different issue when you can take into context the whole story, see the big picture and look deeper than the headlines and FUD.

Out of curiosity, have people already found out the actual reason for the #RedHat source code strategy change. It probably isn't Alma or Oracle. So is it the #NASA - #RockyLinux deal, then? That was suggested in #LinuxUnplugged episode 517.

@CraftComputing I am watching your latest video on the #ZimaBoard, I would recommend you look at the #odroidH3 and h3+. It is more hackable than the Zima Board.

@thewk I'm currently looking at #Graphene, it looks very promising as a secure phone that the user is in control of.
Coupled to a self hosted NextCloud instance, and KDEConnect, it would be excellent.

I totally fell for the Windows Unplugged section in the show and assumed that the hosts had done a spoof segment before they revealed that it was created using an #AI tool trained on the hosts' voices that read the script provided by one of the podcast's listeners. It felt real and scarily good! #LinuxUnplugged

Switching my secondary laptop over to #OpenSUSE #Tumbleweed tonight. I used the net installer and picked the #KDE setup and layered on #SwayWM with the OpenSUSE branding. I’ve been considering revisiting this distro for a while and was inspired to finally do so after listening to #LinuxUnplugged 489 today.
