Being type 1 diabetic I have to administer #insulin very often and sometimes it is difficult to remember the application sites to avoid #lipodystrophy. I decided to create a plan to go annotating and thus doing the rotation of applications in the belly and legs. I share with you my table and if you use another method, comment.
