Originally I disliked #lisaNandy - largely because she expressed major reservations about opposing #BRINO brexit because in her neck of the woods it was seen as disrespect. Now (after #2019GE) I accept actually she was right - I was blaming the messenger

Well it's hard to remember, but #sunak has a majority >60

So I'm not sure any alternate leader would've destroyed the #toriesOut by now (BTW they seem to be doing a pretty good job all by themselves)

Which isn't to say an alternate #labourLeader would not do better - if you exclude #andyBurnham (who excluded himself) who'd you choose in this alternate universe?

Well I think you're pessimistic about #starmer - we'll see.

I do not see a "stealth Tory" I see a man afraid of blowing an election. He's not a #brexiteer - went out on a limb pre 2019 GE & saw it cut off - there was widespread rejection of his campaign for a 2nd Ref

I think now he's tracking what #lisaNandy was saying beforehand - large numbers of natural #labour voters did not want a 2nd ref & abandoned the party. Will post a continuation

I didn't know a lot about her beforehand but #LisaNandy comes across really well in this #FullDisclosure interview with #JamesOBrien.
