How’s everyone’s Mars rx going?

#Mars is in my 6th house rn and as soon as it went retrograde my health and energy took a serious dive. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess slowing down is the word. Not one for subtlety Mars.
