I spy
with my little eye
the tower of cry

oh hi!

the sight from a sigh
the might of a may
the nigh of away

the ifs and thens
the chance
the firsts and lasts
congrats

i see lacks
and scraps
the straw
the traps

and the grass
laughs
and the trees

press to distress
express disdain
dismay
say if I may
dis is in vain

but there’s rain in my veins
and through the pain
is where we gain
the whys and the eyes
for I’s and the lies

I guess I got caught in the rot
but hey why not
leave like a leaf
live and relieve
weave and retrieve
humus is us and whatnot
