Final update on the Thursday morning fire in Little Saigon: I passed by the remains of the vacant building. These are before/after pics (using Google Maps Streetview for the before ones).

When I biked through Little Saigon around 8:15 this morning, 12th Ave S was closed to cars (peds/bikes allowed) from Golf Dr (S end of José Rizal Bridge) to Jackson St. Traffic lights were out at 12th & King, Boren, Yesler (luckily most people knew to treat as 4-way stops).
Vacant building at 10th Ave & King St was on fire, according to Seattle Fire Department thread on the birdsite that has more info: https://twitter.com/seattlefire/status/1682022982104027136
