My friend started an informal bike & scooter alliance for folks on the east side of SF - Vis Valley, Bayview, Dogpatch etc.

I often think what criteria I would want in a city I’d like to move to. It would be in this order
1. Walkable
2. Efficient tram/light rail/ train service
3. Safe bike infrastructure

The harder part for me to find include:
4. Diversity (racial and lifestyle)
5. Safety
6. English speaking or can easily converse in English
