Chewy but with a crunch, these chocolate chip cookies have a rich caramel-like flavour due to the brown butter. However, because of the butter not having cooked down first, the chocolate chips melted in to the dough instead of remaining solid.

Today I learned that Primitivo and Zinfandel are the same grape but which name is used depends on where its grown (and therefore the wine's likely arome/taste/finish). I love a European Primitivo, but really don't like a Californian Zinfandel. I'd always assumed they were different. Cheers. #liveandlearn

@Koochulainn Yeah, I had runaway income as well (and >50 cash at the end). But my strategy to build box factories fell apart because of beer shortages. I had to sprawl across the map, and had few railway links to bolster my building points #LiveAndLearn

I've started being more aggressive in the curation of my Mastodon home feed. Initially, I was blindly following back anyone who followed ME... That was fine for building up the stream but now I realize I can increase my enjoyment by selectively reducing the flow.

I think I've encountered a problem in bike build land. My wheel hub is 135 mm, but my frame is 148. :(

Guess I bought the wrong wheels. I don't think I can just get a new hub? The spokes tension would be all messed up. :(
