Spoke this morning @TheHiveYZ business breakfast about #worklifebalance and #mentalhealth / #wellbeing at work, telling the story of my #breakdown and #recovery. Great to see so much commitment to positive mental health from business leaders across the #LiverpoolCityRegion.

#Kirkby is in #Knowsley
#Knowsley isn't in #Liverpool
Knowsley and Liverpool are both in #Merseyside (4 local authorities) and #LiverpoolCityRegion (6 local authorities) aka #LCR
Merseyside Police cover 5 local authorities (including Knowsley, where the riot was).

Confusing I know I mention this for the benefit of people who don't know the area but are discussing the riot.

As to if people from Kirkby are Scousers or Plazzies, that's a whole can or worms I'm not going near.
