i used to think the presence of mushrooms in my yard was a bad sign. Not sure what I thought it meant? Too much moisture? Mold? Who knows but I didn’t like seeing them even though I like eating store-bought mushrooms. But, I now know their presence is usually a sign of active, healthy soil.
