This is an ad I saw on Reddit. I didn't know Ginkgo Bioworks $DNA spinout Motiff Foodworks and Impossible Foods were sparring over heme.

The ironic part is that Ginkgo Bioworks has been criticized for subjecting foundry customers to suffocating intellectual property claims. Customers often don't own generated IP, but "license" it for a short fixed period.

Ginkgo Bioworks $DNA has made 109 regulatory filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dating back to March 15, 2023.

Of those 109 filings, 102 filings announce shares being sold by the founders.
