Listening to @RadioFreeSkaro and hearing that LI Who is going on when around when I'm going to be out in New England. Maybe this time I can make it out to #LIWho? (missed this past november literally by a couple of days) Either way, really started to get excited (and nervous) for #gally1 next month.

So... I listen to several #DoctorWho podcasts. (And I attended #LIWho weekend before last.) And I've thought more than once, "If you don't like #DoctorWho, why are you recording a podcast? Or why are you on this Whittaker/Chibnall retrospective panel? Find something you really love and do that instead.

I'm pretty sure I know why I've never been asked to be a guest on one of these #DoctorWho podcasts or be a guest on a panel. Who wants to hear about how great & wonderful something is?

Brewing a third cup of coffee (fair trade beans roasted at a small independent roaster here in New York) to help jumpstart my second writing session of the morning. #NaNoWriMo Just broke 40K words before breakfast.

When I was at #LIWho last weekend, I finally discovered the title of the antinovel I'm writing: "Escape Plan D". (Since I'm a #DoctorWho nerd, all my antinovels have production codes. The one for this one is NN22.)

FWIW, my #DoctorWhoDay line up ended up being:

1. An Unearthly Child (just ep. 1, the actually called that)

2. The Day of the Doctor (thanks @ishmaellasting for planting that idea in my head, such a great episode!)

3. The Power of the Doctor (largely because I attended an joint interview with Janet Fielding and Sophie Aldred at #LIWho last weekend where they talked about their experiences filming that episode)

@jonny5 I'm not sure I could get the number down to my ten favorite, but if I were to make a list of my own most significant classic #DoctorWho stories it would be

#TootYourShabbat I'm at a hotel in Holtsville, NY for a #DoctorWho convention (#LIWho). So no candles for fear of setting off fire alarm, and I forgot the fancy cover I got at the B'nai Jeshurun Shabbaton. So I'm using hotel washcloth 😁 Food, via Trader Joe's - Pretzel baguettes; Vegan Kale, Cashew, and Basil Pesto; Chickpea Kale and Crispy Rice Salad, Vegan Tikka Masala, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Dates.

Sunset is lovely.

Heading for #LIWho (Long Island #DoctorWho Convention) in about 90 minutes. Found the badge ribbons and the fez just in time. Debating whether to bring the scarf. (It's going to be really cold Sunday night - 29F, that's minus 2 for those of you who think in Celsius). Amazing that this coincides with the new Companion reveal!
