Bei der 2. Lieferkettenkonferenz 2022 stand das 🇩🇪 Gesetz kurz bevor und die 🇪🇺 Richtlinie kündigte sich an.
Klar ist: Bei der muss die 🇪🇺 Richtlinie nachgebessert werden. Ein wirksamer Sorgfaltsprozess erfordert eine umfassende Beteiligung von AN-Vertretungen und Gewerkschaften in allen Prozessphasen.
Welche Handlungsoptionen, Strategien, und Tools BR zur Verfügung stehen, um das praktisch zu unterstützen, wollen wir auf einer Fachtagung im November diskutieren. (4/4)
