Here, pt had a greater effect than anticipated (~45% reduction). Jumping to 80 mg (skipping 2 titrations) may only reduce an additional 18%.

Meanwhile, adding ezetimibe 10 mg could potentially drop LDL-C by 20% w/o risk of statin myalgia.
