In 2021 the price to recable three antennas on a 200 foot tower I manage was around 15 thousand dollars because a vendor took a shortcut.

I've been using my G5RV antenna (a #hamradio long wire) for my #adsb receiver and was getting 5 or 6 aircraft per hour. I put a proper antenna up today (just eye level on the tower) using the same #lmr400 feedline. I'm looking at 29 being tracked at the moment. I would say an appropriate antenna makes all the difference.
