I had the kind of day at work where I probably could’ve given massages all day. Literally.

I gave three 60-minute massages to clients who had rebooked with me from being on my table either months back or more recent as weeks ago.

I also have days at work though where I give two 90-minute massages and feel like a wrung-out dish rag. Makes me wonder why shifts can be so different.

Is it me? Is it body mechanics? Is it the energy exchange component? Hmmmm.🤔 #massage #massagetherapy #LMTlife

Welp. It was bound to happen eventually.

A client farted during a massage this evening.💨😜💨

She was embarrassed, and I told her it was no big deal.

(It sounded like a deflating balloon and luckily was odorless.)

Well, I need to basically break up with a client.

A light to medium pressure therapist such as I should not be working on any client who needs firm or deep pressure.

I know there are other therapists who could work more effectively on his tissue issues.

My boss will do nothing directly to expedite the break-up, so I’m on my own.

All I can do is suggest to the client the other therapists that he should book with, and ask sweet baby Jesus to intervene on my behalf.😜🙌🏼 #massage #LMTlife
