@tinygamertris She either told Scott Morrison and Cabinet about it or she didn’t. The PM said she never spoke about it for two years.

Someone got the security footage and hid it from the police.

When BH made her announcement Linda Reynolds went on sick leave for a couple of weeks.

Someone is telling a lot of porkies and if they had an ethical bone in their body they would tell us the truth.

@doomscroller Oh, it's a nice little earner, to be sure. KPMG seems to have very sticky digits, & our bureaucraps happily shove our money into their fists. PwC is accused of creative accounting, & quite possible Serco & Spotless are hovering in the background, licking their chops. The hard at work, fleecing Australia.

@PaulWay

name and shame. I won’t go into another .

Trent Twomey from the Pharmacy Guild is a Liberal party shill who failed to declare a conflict of interest when he sat on a panel deciding what businesses should receive regional jobs grants. His wife and business partner also failed to declare their conflict of interest and received $2,415,400 to build a $5 million pharmacy distribution facility.

The Auditor General found they failed to declare their conflicts. What happens. Nothing.

They are all crooks.

Alexander Downer diddled Timor Leste and gave the helium in the Bayu-Undan gas field away for free.

We also gave away the helium in the Greater Sunrise field to Petroleum consortium.

“Helium is mostly recovered from flows of natural gas, and the Bayu-Undan field in the Timor Sea had more than enough to justify extraction.

, the operators of that field, got it for free, and sent it via pipeline to a liquified natural gas plant in Darwin. The US oil major then sold the helium fraction to BOC Australia, owned by the multinational industrial gases group Linde, which opened a plant next door to the Darwin LNG terminal in 2010.”

Jennifer West, the candidate initially chosen for US Trade role, “accuses Barilaro, former trade minister Ayres and former secretary of the Enterprise, Industry and Trade Department Amy Brown of misfeasance in public office. She also claims her contract with the NSW government was breached when her employment was terminated shortly after the New York job offer was withdrawn.”

We learned should could access her diaries, however, the being exported in excel was seemingly beyond her comprehension. And also, communications with ministers who didn’t use Outlook, could not be retrieved.

That’s a breach.

34 written submissions to enquiry now public. Advocacy bodies and organisations warned the government for years that using income averaging and debt collection tactics were causing harm and significant distress.

Stuart Robert admits responsibility.

Manslaughter, torture and extortion changes should follow.

Senate Inquiry
From Guardian 13 Oct 2019
Everyone knew except the

“Critics of the scheme – from social services groups, academics, Victoria Legal Aid, which is challenging the scheme in the courts, Labor and the Greens – say they know exactly how it works.

“…two fundamental design flaws remain inherent,” the Australian Council of Social Service’s Jacqui Phillips told a hearing in Canberra.

“One is the use of the averaging of ATO-reported annual income over the period someone has received income support, which is leading to incorrect calculations of overpayments.

“The other is the reversal of the onus of proof, which requires people to disprove alleged debts on the basis of very limited information.”

Stuart Robert say he accepted was illegal by November 13 then on Nov 14 he stood up in the Press Club and said “Almost a million Australians owe $5 billion in debts."

Now he says he wasn’t permitted to be truthful.

This guy really doesn’t understand the role of a minister.

This is why shut down the AAT (administrative appeals tribunal). 40 years of service and after ruling against , the didn't reappoint him. Of course they would get rid of him - this is what happens when you stand up to and the . If they had accepted his advice and recommendations, lives may have been saved.
