Me with a full load on a 10km march. Based on what I have read from multiple sources, I’ve arrived at a total basic load of 40kgs. If I were to add other items it would be closer to 55kg, possibly more. #mariusmule #TheLegionary #soldierofrome #LoadedMarch #nosocks

The longest distance I’ve marched with a full load is 10kms or 6.2 miles.
