Secondly, the Burntwood Town Council elections... Sharon and I again won 2 of the seats together with our Labour colleagues.
Labour keeps control of the Town Council with 16 of the 22 seats.

Hi! So the elections I was running were held on Thursday, and it's been such a hectic few days that I've not gotten around to posting the results.
Firstly, the Lichfield District Council elections... Sharon and I won 2 of the 3 seats in our ward together with our Labour colleague.

"Co-leader Adrian Ramsay visited the authority last month, boldly claiming he wanted 10 seats. As it stands, his party have a whopping 17 with the final two results expected at lunchtime.
It means they're the largest party, although the Tories are close behind on 16, but will be more concerned they've lost a council where before yesterday they had 39 of the 50 seats."

Interestingly, Labour also lost seats here; the gains were made by Independents (possibly old Tories that bailed out/were chucked out for not being Fash enough).

Or as they will doublespeak: "tackle voter fraud"
