13cms of #snow in #Dawley this morning.The #LocalNatureReserve looks great but the woodland management #biodiversity volunteer work planned has had to be postponed. Hopefully we can get it done before nesting season.

Walked 8km(blackline)around 7 of the C19th #pitmounds within 1km of our house.Somein the #LocalNatureReserve some not. 50years ago they were still pretty bare of life but now there's oak woodland up to that age and some interesting/unexpected species.
