None of the account validation methods they gave me worked. I eventually got back in and made goodbye posts, but that experience made me glad as hell that I'm leaving. (I stuck around this long because I don't want to lose my community of creatives, but I'll find folks in other places and figure it out.)

Then, before I left, I went to the bathroom down the hall since it is an hour drive home. On the way back to my office, I realized I locked my keys in the office. At 8:30 at night, I had to search the building for a custodian to unlock my door.

I have a new (well old phone given to me), attempted to set up my new Mastodon.social account on it, but ended up locking myself out of it on there and on my laptop. Have tried in excess of 100 times to get the password reset email to my google but it refuses to do so... so, no more Mastodon.social for me, until it can be fixed. I'm kinda missing my new e hoa or friends on it... sadly.
