This monkey looking to eat something (probably the hibiscus flowers or buds they love those) was dive bombed by the birds protecting their nests at the moment! The birds are incredible when they protect their nests, we’ve seen monkeys running in fear of these aerial attacks!

I love the coastal rain, and the view into the South African jungle here at night. Moving to the coast and living simply in a log cabin has given us the most incredible life, we hear fish eagles during the day and owls and frogs at night. We need so much less than we thought we did.#logcabinlife #minimalism #gardening
