... One such tool I personally find helpful and think would be good is called a "logic model" — it's a way of expressing your _theory of change_.

#LogicModel is my best friend. It brings clarity to the work. The key is to put the activities from the logic model into an action plan of who does what, where, when, and how.

@AlSolano we are doing a LOT around #TheoryOfChange and #LogicModel based evaluation at my university right now. It is helping us be more reflective and inclusive in how we evaluate, even if some people feel a bit at see without a quantitative-only focus to their methodology.

Outcomes: The desired results from the work.

Outputs: What the work produces.

Activities: What the work is.

Resources: What we need to do the work.

Assumptions/External Factors: What are our reality checks.

@smyth I know. It took me some effort to tweak my hashtags to get traffic. Some are quite generic like #Education others have little or no traffic like #LogicModel ...
