A brief review of “Leopoldstadt” on Broadway
"Leopoldstadt" is a good but not great play and certainly not one of Tom Stoppard's better scripts. Standing ovations no longer have any meaning on Broadway. COVID is not over despite the fact that theater audiences want to pretend it is.
