So, der #Longrun für diese Woche ist dann auch erledigt. Nächste Woche dann der Monschau Marathon, den wir mit der Crew aber ganz easy laufen werden. Für mich ist das dann im Prinzip einfach nur ein weiterer Longrun im Trainingsplan für den Amsterdam Marathon im Oktober.

I imagine downstream contributions from them will begin to dry up generally which is going to be a hard pill to swallow for the remaining #foss scene. They've pulled a lot of weight over the years. Long run for time last week. 3.5hours. Didn't program it into watch. Pretty good idea of what my splits and distance would be. Got to the "halfway point" distance wise, checked watch. 1hr and 45 minutes in. Sent the mid run text update:

Am halfway through at 1:45, going slow. going to be about 30 minutes late. See you in about an hour and 45 minutes.
