I finished my sweater! Only took me 2.5 weeks. This is lightning fast for me, and I’d like everyone to acknowledge that I am a winner (but please don’t expect this speed from me ever again!).

Lopapeysa is an Icelandic sweater. The sweaters are made from the wool of the unique Icelandic sheep which has no counterpart anywhere else after so many years in sub-arctic isolation.

“Lopapeysa” is where the name of my characters comes from. I’ve considered changing their name to the full word or something entirely different.
What do you think? Keep the name or change it?

Fully the first half of this book is like a travel guide for knitters, the second half is patterns, and the entire thing is brimming with gorgeous photos. It's a book to sit down and read, it's so much more than I thought it was going to be. Joan and Kyle did a magnificent job!
