The mayor of #Lordsburg #NewMexico narrowly avoided a new DUI arrest on May 28.

Police footage reveals she was pulled over at nearly 4 in the morning with a foster child in the car and admitted to drinking that night. A state police officer warned her she was right on the line, but let her go.

She previously pleaded guilty to DUI in 2021.
