I already liked Simpson's art a lot, even though I can't really afford new art books. I'm especially tickled that some of the first images of vintage Black models have vintage pictures of crystals in place of their hair-- and that I think I have one or two of these same crystal pictures in one of my files. Simpson also frequently paints watercolor designs and uses other types of objects for this. There are even some handsome guys mixed in, too. <3 #LornaSimpson #collage
