It built and I even got away with dirty flasing #LOS20 directly over my #LOS18.1 installation 😶‍🌫️
The only thing I lost (hopefully only for a short meantime) is the camera. Not too surprising after all 🙄🤔

Installation of #iodéOS3 on the #Fairphone 4 went extremely smooth.

Now I have to find out
a) if I can still root the device
b) if I could live without #Magisk and #TitaniumBackup and
c) if I could live without the few commercial apps I have on my daily driver #LOS18.1 phone with #FlameGapps.

Das hatte ich gestern auf zwei #LOS18.1-Geräten auch gehabt, nachdem ich sie aktualisiert hatte. Ausgerechnet, als ich #OSMAnd gerade auf dem Fahrrad brauchte.

Sicher, es gibt /e/ für das #FP4, und das basiert nach meiner Kenntnis auf #LOS18.1.

Aber ob man
a) dort auch die Pico-Version von Gapps installieren und
b) von dem ohne Neuformatierung auf ein hoffentlich bald erscheinendes LOS wechseln kann, habe ich bisher nicht herausgefunden.

Meine Frau hat eins seit 10 Monaten und es gibt diesbez. keine Beschwerden.

@gadgetbridge also doesn't work correctly with #los18. The vibration on the watch is not triggered. So notifications arrive, but the watch doesn't vibrate.
