I ate lunch (700 calories max) and now trying not to hate myself, or fall back into old habits. Stupid brain.
I’m trying to lose weight the healthy way. My body needs food to be nourished and healthy. I do not have to have a reason to eat beyond I am hungry. I am deserving of nourishment at the time my body signals it. I do not have to forgo eating later as punishment.

29.7.2021: 10km 8:30/km 1:25:12 92.5kg
16.9.2022: 10km 5:24/km 0:54:11 74.5kg
Started eating properly with #CICO and running weekly in the end of July of 2021. Lost over 15kg (30 lbs) by the spring 2022.
In 2023 been running daily and maintaining my weight. Because of the weather it's difficult to concentrate on speed and distances so I'm waiting for spring and summer for better running platforms.

Just for the record, I am currently at 95 kilos with 175 weight. It means I am obese, although the only visible fat on my body is my moobs and stomach.
